Terms and Conditions for Content Submission to The Kolanut
- By submitting your personal narrative and any supporting materials (”your Content”) you confirm that you own all rights to your Content and that you grant The Kolanut a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, display, reproduce, modify, create derivative works, and distribute your Content.
- You affirm that the personal narrative you submit is your original work, and does not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, rights of privacy, publicity or other intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity.
- By submitting your personal narrative, you grant The Kolanut a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, and display the content in connection with The Kolanut website and associated activities, in any media formats and through any media channels.
- You understand and agree that The Kolanut may review and edit your submission for any reason, including compliance with its policies and regulations. Any edits will be shared with you before submission.
- You understand that the submission of your story does not guarantee its publication. The Kolanut reserves the right to reject any submission at its sole discretion that is not aligned to our mission.
- You understand that if your story is accepted, it will be made available to the public and you will not receive any compensation for its use or distribution.
- If you do not agree to these terms, please do not submit any Content to The Kolanut.
